John Agada is the Senior Product Manager, And Operations Specialist at UP Digital, a Telecommunications and Information Technology industry unicorn startup in Nigeria. He is passionate about building platforms specializing in mobile communication solutions, including SMS and USSD services, which are used for various applications such as marketing, customer service, and authentication services and tools that enable businesses to engage with their customers through mobile and digital channels effectively in the African continent and hope to achieve that through his team within the next 5 years. Before UP Digital, John worked with the E-commerce team in Unified Payments and helped in the modification of the mobile app and stability of its platform to achieve a 300% increase in monthly app usage. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical Electronics Engineering.
